Role overview
Weekday AI seeks an AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of advanced AI solutions for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will bridge cutting-edge research with practical deployment of Agentic AI, Generative AI (GenAI), and Large Language Model (LLM) technologies. This role requires strategic leadership in AI architecture across multiple locations in India.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute AI strategies for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop and deploy AI/ML models using Generative AI and LLM frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business processes
- Establish best practices for AI model development and maintenance
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers in AI/ML domains
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and ethical AI practices

- Excellent understanding of AI ethics and regulatory compliance
