Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor AI development team in delivering machine learning solutions

- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI into Industry 4.0 platforms
- Manage project timelines, technical architecture, and team performance
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in AI/ML development with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Strong expertise in machine learning frameworks and deep learning architectures
- Proven track record leading technical teams and delivering AI products
- Experience with industrial IoT, operational technologies, or engineering software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
