You will work on developing and enhancing an AI virtual assistant already integrated into the platform, taking ownership of machine learning models, natural language processing, and AI-driven features that improve customer experience in the financial services sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AI virtual assistant features for the affordability platform
- Build and deploy machine learning models for financial services applications
- Transition AI capabilities from external partners to in-house development
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on AI-driven features
- Optimize and scale AI systems for customer-facing fintech products
Requirements
- Strong experience in AI and machine learning engineering
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Knowledge of natural language processing and conversational AI
- Experience building customer-facing AI products or virtual assistants
- Understanding of financial services or fintech domain is a plus
