This is a Full-time, Onsite position located in Ardwick, Manchester. The salary range is £60,000 - £85,000 per year. You will work across the entire stack, designing APIs, managing data flow, and debugging distributed systems while integrating AI capabilities into customer-facing products. Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms is essential, along with a strong understanding of AI failure modes such as drift, hallucination, and context issues.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship AI/LLM-powered features in production environments
- Design and maintain APIs, data pipelines, and system architecture
- Debug complex production issues across distributed AI systems
- Implement prompt engineering strategies and monitor LLM behavior
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI capabilities into user-facing features
Requirements
- Strong full-stack engineering experience with frontend and backend development
