Role overview
We are seeking an experienced AWS Connect Engineer to design and implement cloud-based contact center solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS Connect, integration expertise, and a solid understanding of compliance requirements in regulated industries.
This role involves working with AWS Lambda, APIs, and event-driven architectures to build scalable systems while maintaining compliance with standards like PCI-DSS, GDPR, and FCA.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS Connect contact center solutions
- Integrate AWS Connect with external systems using AWS Lambda and APIs
- Ensure compliance with financial services regulations
- Monitor and optimize contact center performance using Contact Lens analytics
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience with AWS Connect
- Strong background in contact center engineering
- Knowledge of compliance requirements (PCI-DSS, GDPR, FCA)
