Join a global Asset Manager with billions under management as a Backend Software Engineer on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. You'll design, develop, and implement robust applications for investment technology platforms. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable solutions using C#, Python, AWS, and SQL while adhering to Infrastructure as Code principles.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop backend systems for financial technology platforms
- Integrate cloud infrastructure (AWS) with application components
- Collaborate with product teams to implement scalable solutions
- Optimize database performance using SQL and relational databases
- Ensure security and compliance in application architecture
Requirements
- 3+ years C# and Python development experience
- Proven AWS cloud architecture implementation
- SQL database design and optimization expertise
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience with Terraform or CloudFormation
- Full-stack development knowledge with product delivery focus
