They seek a senior engineer to lead Bazel infrastructure, scaling tooling that powers their entire engineering organization. The role offers a hybrid work model (3 days office, 2 remote) with a daily rate of up to £600 for a 6-month contract with potential extensions.
Key responsibilities
- Own and scale Bazel infrastructure for AI accelerator development
- Build and maintain tooling that enables engineering workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize build systems
- Ensure reliability and scalability of core engineering platforms
- Drive automation and CI/CD improvements for deep tech workflows
Responsibilities
- Lead Bazel infrastructure scaling for AI accelerator projects

Requirements
- 4+ years in DevOps or infrastructure engineering
