Role overview
Dhaivabhoomi Immersive Technologies is seeking a Chief Technology Officer and Tech Co-founder to lead the technology vision for India's first immersive devotional platform in Hyderabad, Telangana. This is a full-time, onsite leadership role for a Principal-level technology executive who will architect and build the platform that integrates spiritual storytelling, VR sevas, devotional community features, and AI-powered experiences. The company is pre-launch with content and VR productions ready, now requiring a technical leader to bring the platform to life.
Job details
This position is based in Hyderabad, Telangana and is an onsite role. As a co-founder level hire, this is a full-time commitment with equity participation. Salary details and equity structure are available in the employer description. The CTO will own the entire technology stack, lead engineering hiring, and shape the product roadmap alongside the founding team.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technology vision and platform architecture
- Build and lead the engineering team from ground up
- Integrate VR content, AI features, and community platform into cohesive product
- Own technical roadmap, infrastructure, and scalability strategy
- Partner with founders on product strategy and go-to-market execution
Requirements
- 10+ years in technology leadership with CTO or VP Engineering experience
- Proven track record building consumer platforms or mobile apps from scratch
- Strong expertise in VR/AR, AI/ML integration, and cloud architecture
- Experience scaling products to millions of users
- Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to take co-founder equity
- Passion for building mission-driven products in faith or community space
