NUWARD, an EDF subsidiary, is seeking a Construction Site Preparation & Methods Manager to join their team in Rhône, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. This full-time, onsite position focuses on planning and methodology for small modular reactor (SMR) construction projects. NUWARD is developing innovative low-carbon nuclear energy solutions to combat climate change and provide competitive electricity and heat for industrial and urban clients.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement construction site preparation strategies for SMR projects
- Define and optimize construction methods and workflows for modular reactor installations
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams
- Ensure compliance with nuclear safety and quality standards
- Manage project timelines, resources, and technical documentation
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in construction planning or project methods engineering
- Strong knowledge of industrial or energy sector construction processes
- Experience with modular or prefabricated construction techniques preferred
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Fluency in French required; English is a plus
