This is a full-time, onsite position based in Rhône, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France. NUWARD is an international leader in low-carbon growth and climate change mitigation, developing the NUWARD_SMR platform—a simple, modular, prefabricated design capable of producing decarbonized electricity and heat for industrial and urban applications. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing construction sites and defining methods for this cutting-edge energy infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate construction site preparation activities for SMR projects
  • Define and optimize construction methods and workflows
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams on modular construction
  • Monitor project timelines and resource allocation for site readiness

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in construction planning or methods engineering
  • Strong knowledge of site preparation and construction methodologies
  • Experience in energy, infrastructure, or industrial construction projects
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills
  • Fluency in French required; English is a plus
