This is a Full-time, Onsite role located in Rhône, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. You will work at the forefront of nuclear innovation, managing contracts for NUWARD's modular, prefabricated SMR platform. The position requires strong contract negotiation, risk management, and stakeholder coordination skills in a highly regulated energy sector. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle for SMR development projects
- Negotiate and manage supplier and partner agreements
- Ensure compliance with nuclear industry regulations and standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Mitigate contractual risks and resolve disputes
Requirements
- Proven experience in contract management within energy or industrial sectors
- Strong knowledge of procurement and commercial law
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in French; English proficiency preferred
- Ability to work in a regulated, high-stakes environment
