Role overview
The Data Center Operations Technician will manage and supervise critical IT infrastructure systems at the CND data centers. This role involves administering and maintaining the SI SIMDIS system across four primary data centers and associated server rooms, ensuring 24/7 operational availability and performance.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize data center infrastructure
- Plan and execute system operations and upgrades
- Implement monitoring solutions for infrastructure health
- Coordinate with technical teams for incident resolution
- Ensure compliance with security and operational standards

Requirements
- 2+ years in data center operations or system administration
- Experience with monitoring tools and IT infrastructure management
- Knowledge of SI SIMDIS systems or equivalent
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Security clearance eligibility
