Role overview
Drive digital engagement for NTEU campaigns and expand digital-to-field organizing capacity. Collaborate with field organizers, union reps, and activists to shape higher education initiatives. Full-time opportunity with potential for specialization.
Work closely with the Digital Organising team to develop and execute campaign strategies that amplify union messaging and mobilize supporters through digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital strategies to drive campaign engagement
- Coordinate with field organizers and union representatives to align digital efforts with grassroots initiatives
- Analyze digital engagement metrics to optimize campaign performance
Requirements
- Experience with digital engagement tools and platforms
