Job details
This is a Full-time, Onsite role based in France. The EDI Administrator will manage and maintain EDI systems, ensure seamless data exchange between clients and partners, troubleshoot integration issues, and support ongoing telecom and EDI projects. Salary range is €35,000 to €45,000 EUR per year. The position requires strong technical skills in EDI protocols, data mapping, and system administration, along with excellent problem-solving abilities and client communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain EDI systems for hundreds of clients across Europe
- Configure and troubleshoot EDI data exchanges and integrations
- Monitor EDI transactions and resolve technical issues promptly
- Collaborate with clients in automotive, logistics, pharma, and other sectors
- Support telecom integration projects and ensure data flow reliability
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in EDI administration or B2B integration
- Strong knowledge of EDI standards and protocols (EDIFACT, X12, XML)
- Technical troubleshooting and system administration skills
- Excellent communication skills in French; English is a plus
- Ability to work in a collaborative, client-focused environment
