The Engineering Manager will lead technical strategy and team development for this AI security platform.
Founded in 2023 by OpenAI/Meta veterans, we're backed by strong investor support and early customer traction. Our team includes experts from Mandiant, Palantir, and Cruise.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering team building AI security platform
- Develop technical strategy for AI pentesting solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product roadmap
- Ensure security standards and best practices implementation
- Mentor engineers in AI/ML and offensive security techniques
- Drive product development from concept to deployment
Requirements
- 7+ years engineering leadership in cybersecurity/AI
- Proven track record managing technical teams
- Deep expertise in AI/ML and offensive security
- Product development experience from concept to scale
- Strong understanding of security tooling and frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
