Role overview
PlayStation Waterloo Co-Op is seeking a Software Developer Co-op to design and implement scalable, flexible architecture for PlayStation® platforms. You'll collaborate with senior engineers to develop features for the PS5 console software, directly impacting the user experience for millions of PlayStation customers.
This role emphasizes modern API development and cross-functional teamwork to deliver innovative solutions that align with PlayStation's technical vision.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable frontend solutions for PlayStation platforms
- Develop and maintain PS5 console software features
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate frontend components with backend systems
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proficiency in frontend web development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React preferred)
