Our client seeks a Full Stack Engineer to lead the development of an AI-enabled helpdesk automation platform. This hybrid role requires hands-on technical leadership for end-to-end platform delivery.
The position involves designing and implementing internal workflows with AI integration, while managing cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines. Candidates will work 3 days onsite in Sheffield with flexible remote options.
