Forums Talents Handicap is hiring an Intégrateur Essais NSSS (Nuclear Steam Supply System Test Integrator) to join NUWARD, an EDF subsidiary dedicated to developing small modular reactors (SMRs). This Mid level, Full-time position is based in Rhône, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and is Onsite. The role focuses on integrating and coordinating testing activities for the NUWARD_SMR platform, a modular, prefabricated nuclear reactor designed to produce low-carbon electricity and heat for industrial and urban applications. Job details

This is a Full-time, Onsite position located in Rhône, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France. The successful candidate will work within NUWARD's engineering team to ensure the quality and safety of SMR testing processes. The role requires strong integration skills, knowledge of nuclear systems, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional testing activities. Responsibilities

  • Integrate and coordinate NSSS testing activities for NUWARD SMR platform
  • Ensure compliance with nuclear safety and quality standards
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on test planning and execution
  • Document test results and provide technical reports
  • Support validation of modular reactor systems and components

Requirements

  • Engineering degree in nuclear, mechanical, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in nuclear testing or integration
  • Knowledge of NSSS systems and nuclear safety regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in French; English is a plus
