This is a full-time position based in the US with a remote work mode. The salary range is 110,000 USD. The Integrations Support Engineer will work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to troubleshoot integration issues, support API implementations, and ensure clients successfully adopt FURTHER's AI-powered workflows.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues between FURTHER platform and third-party systems
- Support API implementations and guide clients through technical onboarding processes
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and escalate product bugs or enhancement requests
- Document integration workflows and create technical resources for internal and client use
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential integration failures
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in technical support, integrations, or customer-facing engineering roles
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and SaaS integration patterns
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues and communicating solutions to non-technical users
- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, or healthcare software preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
