The IT Systems Technician will work closely with property management and development teams to ensure reliable technology operations across the Rockport portfolio, supporting everything from network infrastructure to end-user support.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems across commercial and industrial properties
- Provide technical support to staff and property management teams
- Monitor network infrastructure and ensure system uptime
- Install, configure, and update hardware and software
- Document technical procedures and maintain IT asset inventory
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or systems administration
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and common business applications
