This position is based in Vélizy-Villacoublay, near Versailles, France, and is an Onsite role. The IVVQ Manager will oversee validation and qualification activities for agentic AI systems, ensuring compliance with aerospace and defense standards while contributing to safer, more sustainable, and inclusive technological solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead integration, verification, validation, and qualification activities for agentic AI systems
  • Define and implement IVVQ strategies aligned with aerospace and defense standards
  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure quality and compliance of AI engineering projects
  • Coordinate testing campaigns and validation processes for complex AI-driven systems
  • Report on IVVQ progress, risks, and quality metrics to senior stakeholders

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in IVVQ, systems engineering, or quality assurance roles
  • Strong knowledge of verification and validation methodologies in aerospace or defense
  • Experience with AI/ML systems integration and testing processes
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as DO-178C, ARP4754A, or equivalent
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Fluency in French and English required
