This is a full-time, remote position based in the United States. The Lead Developer Relations Engineer will serve as the technical voice of Zeta Global's marketing platform, creating educational content, driving API adoption, and gathering developer feedback to influence product roadmap. Candidates should have extensive experience in developer advocacy, strong programming skills, and a proven track record of growing technical communities. Salary range: 170,000−170,000-200,000 USD annually.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale developer community around Zeta Marketing Platform APIs
  • Create technical content including documentation, tutorials, and sample code
  • Represent Zeta Global at conferences, meetups, and technical events
  • Gather developer feedback and advocate for improvements to product teams
  • Design and deliver technical workshops and training programs
  • Establish developer success metrics and track community engagement

Requirements

  • 7+ years in developer relations, advocacy, or technical evangelism roles
  • Strong programming skills in multiple languages and API integration experience
  • Proven track record building and growing technical developer communities
  • Excellent public speaking and technical writing abilities
  • Deep understanding of marketing technology or SaaS platforms
