Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of embedded firmware and algorithms
- Define software architecture and critical technical decisions
- Mentor and guide junior/mid-level engineers

Requirements
- 7+ years of embedded systems development experience
- Proven leadership in software architecture design
- Strong C/C++ programming skills with firmware development
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
