This management control position is based in Dreux-Est, Dreux and is an Onsite role. You will join the Finance team responsible for monitoring and analyzing costs for the investment banking division's support functions. The role involves deploying new financial applications and ensuring accurate cost allocation across multiple business units within BNP Paribas CIB.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze costs for CIB Functions and transversal teams
- Ensure accurate cost allocation across investment banking units
- Support deployment of new financial management applications
- Prepare financial reports and performance analysis for CIB divisions
- Collaborate with Coverage teams on budget tracking and forecasting
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in management control or financial analysis
- Strong understanding of cost accounting and allocation methodologies
- Experience in banking or financial services sector preferred
- Proficiency in financial reporting tools and Excel
- Fluency in French required; English is a plus
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
