Job description
Role overview
We are seeking a Power Integrity Simulation Engineer to own the modeling, simulation, and optimization of power delivery networks (PDN) for high-current accelerator SoCs and memory systems. This role requires collaboration with power, board design, and package teams to ensure stable, low-noise power delivery at leading-edge process nodes.
Candidates will develop detailed PDN models for accelerator boards, analyze simulation results, and implement optimizations to meet performance and reliability targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and validate PDN models from VRM to die, including planes, vias, and decoupling capacitors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize power delivery architecture
- Analyze simulation results to identify noise, stability, and efficiency improvements
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in power integrity simulation for high-current semiconductor designs
- Proficiency in PDN modeling tools and electromagnetic simulation software
- Strong understanding of PCB/power distribution systems and high-frequency power analysis
Benefits
- Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses
- Opportunities to work on cutting-edge accelerator hardware R&D
