This Principal Frontend Engineer role is based in Bangalore, Karnataka and is an onsite, full-time position. You will report directly to engineering leadership at Momentum, a company founded by Bhavin Turakhia, co-founder of Zeta, Radix, and Titan. The position focuses on building integrated, AI-first products that centralize context and transform how organizations capture value from artificial intelligence in their daily workflows.
Responsibilities
- Architect and build AI-native frontend systems for work management platforms
- Lead technical strategy for frontend engineering across the product suite
- Design scalable, performant user interfaces for AI-integrated workflows
- Mentor and guide frontend engineering teams on best practices
- Collaborate with product and AI teams to deliver innovative user experiences
Requirements
- 10+ years of frontend engineering experience with modern frameworks
- Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and JavaScript ecosystem
- Proven track record architecting large-scale web applications
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration in user interfaces
- Experience leading technical teams and driving engineering excellence
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
