Role overview
Stormshield, a leading French cybersecurity company and Airbus subsidiary, seeks a Product Quality Assurance Manager to ensure the highest standards of security software. This role involves managing quality assurance processes, collaborating with development teams, and maintaining compliance with European certification standards.
The position offers hybrid work arrangements (3 remote days/week) in Lyon, France. Candidates will lead quality initiatives for network and data protection solutions, ensuring products meet rigorous cybersecurity benchmarks.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end quality assurance for cybersecurity products
- Develop and implement testing strategies aligned with European certification requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve product defects
- Maintain and improve quality management processes
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other industry standards
Requirements
- 5+ years in QA leadership for security-critical software
- Proven expertise in cybersecurity product validation
- Experience with test automation frameworks
- Strong understanding of ISO/IEC 27001 standards
- Fluent in French and English
