The Production Support Analyst will provide critical technical support, monitor system performance, and resolve production incidents to maintain high availability and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for production environments across Unix and OpenShift platforms
- Monitor system stability and respond to production incidents promptly
- Execute and troubleshoot JCL jobs and Shell scripts in enterprise environments
- Manage job scheduling and workflow automation using Stonebranch
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and operational procedures
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues
Requirements
- Strong experience with Unix/Linux system administration and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in JCL (Job Control Language) and Shell scripting
- Hands-on experience with OpenShift container platform
- Knowledge of Stonebranch Universal Automation Center or similar scheduling tools
- 2-4 years of production support or operations experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
