This is a Full-time position located in Reston, Fairfax County with a Hybrid work mode (2-3 days onsite per week). The role requires 8+ years of software engineering experience with 2-3 years focused on AI/ML engineering. You will work with Python, SQL, AWS Sagemaker, and generative AI technologies to build and refine LLM-based solutions. The annual salary for this role is $210,719 USD.
Responsibilities
- Design, test, and refine prompts for large language models to optimize AI outputs
- Build and deploy ML models using AWS Sagemaker and related data services
- Develop Python-based AI/ML solutions for financial services applications
- Integrate Claude and other LLMs into production systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver GenAI capabilities
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in financial services
- 2-3 years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
- Proven experience with AWS services, especially Sagemaker
- Experience working with large language models and prompt engineering
- Ability to work onsite in Reston, VA 2-3 days per week
