Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical banking applications in production environments

Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in application support or maintenance (MCO)
- Strong knowledge of production application environments and monitoring tools
- Experience with incident management and troubleshooting methodologies
- Understanding of banking or financial services applications is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- French language proficiency required
