Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in application support or production operations
- Strong understanding of banking or financial services applications
- Experience with incident management and ITIL processes
- Ability to analyze technical issues and coordinate resolutions
- Excellent communication skills in French, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of monitoring tools and production environments
