You will be responsible for application maintenance in operational condition (MCO), ensuring system stability, and supporting critical business applications across banking operations, customer service platforms, and internal HR systems.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical banking applications in production environments
- Ensure performance, reliability, and availability of business-critical systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve application incidents and technical issues
- Coordinate with development teams for application updates and improvements
- Document technical procedures and maintain operational knowledge base
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in application support or technical operations
- Strong understanding of banking or financial services applications
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in production environments
- Excellent communication skills in French for stakeholder coordination
- Knowledge of ITIL or similar operational frameworks is a plus
