Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical banking applications in production environments
- Troubleshoot incidents and ensure rapid resolution to minimize service disruption
- Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for application performance
- Document technical procedures and maintain operational knowledge base
- Support digital transformation initiatives across banking operations
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in application support or MCO roles
- Strong understanding of banking or financial services applications
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical incidents under pressure
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team coordination
- Knowledge of ITIL or similar operational frameworks is a plus
