Responsibilities

Requirements
- 2-4 years experience in application support or production maintenance
- Strong understanding of banking or financial services IT systems
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure
- Excellent communication skills to liaise between technical and business teams
- Knowledge of ITIL or similar operational frameworks preferred
