This role is based in India and is an Onsite, Full-time position. The Senior Cluster Manager will be responsible for enabling business users to design, manage, and operate Voice AI agents through intuitive interfaces. You will adopt modern AI-assisted development practices while maintaining architectural control and accountability for enterprise-grade outcomes. The role requires strong technical leadership in frontend and backend technologies, combined with expertise in AI tooling and scalable system design.
Responsibilities
