Role overview
A manufacturing client seeks a Full-Stack Ruby on Rails Engineer to lead the design and development of web applications supporting energy optimization and grid operations. The role requires deep expertise in Ruby on Rails, front-end architecture with Hotwire (Turbo & Stimulus), and AWS deployment. This 6-month contract-to-hire position is onsite with potential for full-time conversion.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of web applications for energy optimization systems
- Implement front-end architecture using Hotwire (Turbo & Stimulus) for dynamic user experiences
- Deploy and maintain applications on AWS cloud infrastructure
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional Ruby on Rails development experience
- Proficiency in Hotwire components (Turbo Frames, Stimulus JS)
- Hands-on experience with AWS deployment pipelines and DevOps tools
