Responsibilities
- Build and manage a recruitment desk specializing in Quant & Trading Technology roles
- Partner with hedge funds and capital markets firms to understand hiring needs
- Source and engage senior-level candidates in quantitative finance and trading tech
- Deliver executive search services for sophisticated financial institutions
- Develop and maintain a network of high-caliber technology and quant professionals
