This is a full-time, remote Senior Imaging Scientist position with Warriors Solutions. The role requires occasional travel to client sites and company facilities. The salary for this position is $142,825 USD annually. Candidates will work with a diverse team of scientists, engineers, and business professionals developing cutting-edge imaging capabilities for national security and scientific applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize advanced imaging algorithms for space and ground systems
- Analyze satellite and remote sensing data for defense and intelligence applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams on mission-critical projects
- Design and validate imaging solutions supporting national security missions
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on imaging science methodologies
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in imaging science or remote sensing
- Strong background in signal processing and computer vision techniques
- Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, or similar scientific computing languages
- Active or ability to obtain security clearance for defense work
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics, Engineering, or related field
- Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites
