Responsibilities
- Lead fault resolution and troubleshooting for enterprise network infrastructure
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the Global Networks Team
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate external support escalations
- Design and implement network solutions across RMIT's global campuses
- Monitor network performance and optimize connectivity and reliability
Requirements
- Extensive experience in enterprise network engineering and architecture
- Strong knowledge of routing, switching, and network security protocols
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects
- Experience with vendor management and third-party support coordination
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent preferred
