Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support for AI cloud platform users and enterprise clients
- Troubleshoot complex issues across GPU orchestration, compute, storage, and networking
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve platform bugs and improve reliability
- Document solutions and create knowledge base articles for common technical issues
- Escalate critical incidents and coordinate resolution with development teams
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in technical support or site reliability engineering
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, compute, storage, and networking concepts
- Experience with AI/ML platforms, GPU workloads, or large-scale distributed systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with complex technical systems
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
