Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor software engineering teams building cloud infrastructure products
- Drive technical strategy and architecture decisions for scalable cloud solutions
- Manage project delivery across Cloud Compute, GPU, and storage platforms
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to define roadmaps
- Establish engineering best practices and development processes
- Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent
Requirements
- 7+ years software engineering experience with 2+ years in management
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, or SaaS
- Proven track record leading engineering teams and delivering products
- Experience with modern cloud technologies and DevOps practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
