You will work on Elements, an internal design system platform used by product, design, and engineering teams across Barcelona, Toronto, and Hyderabad. Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve the Elements design system platform for global teams
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams across multiple locations
- Maintain and scale the internal platform architecture and infrastructure
- Ensure consistency and quality across the design system components
- Support digital transformation initiatives within the healthcare sector
Requirements
- Proven experience building or maintaining design system platforms
- Strong frontend engineering and system architecture skills
- Experience working with distributed, cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently as a freelance contractor
- Fluency in French and English for international collaboration
