The support team collaborates to resolve customer issues, optimize platform performance, and ensure seamless adoption of Aiven's services across AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure infrastructures.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Aiven's open-source data platform services
- Troubleshoot customer issues across Apache Kafka, PostgreSQL, and OpenSearch
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex technical problems
- Document solutions and contribute to knowledge base articles
- Monitor platform performance and assist with optimization recommendations
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in technical support or similar role
- Strong knowledge of open-source databases and streaming technologies
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment
