This is a full-time, onsite position located in Molendinar, Gold Coast, QLD. The role requires working 38 hours per week at the company's office in Bundall/Molendinar. This is not an internship. The designer will be responsible for optimising digital assets, creating engaging graphics for web and social platforms, and maintaining brand consistency across all channels. Responsibilities
- Design and optimise web pages, landing pages, and digital marketing assets
- Create engaging graphics for social media, email campaigns, and online advertising
- Develop visual content that aligns with Work Caravans' brand identity

- Maintain and update website design elements and digital assets
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in web, digital, and graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web and digital design work
- Experience with web design principles and responsive design
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
