This position requires strong bilingual capabilities (English/French) and technical expertise in web management. The Webmaster will work closely with communications and program teams across Vancouver, Toronto, and Montreal offices to ensure seamless digital experiences for supporters and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain bilingual website content in English and French
- Oversee website performance, security, and technical infrastructure
- Coordinate with communications teams across three office locations
- Implement website updates and optimize user experience
- Monitor analytics and provide recommendations for digital improvements
Requirements
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
- 2-4 years experience in web management or webmaster roles
- Proficiency with CMS platforms, preferably WordPress
- Strong HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript knowledge
- Experience with web analytics and SEO best practices
