This is a Remote position based in the US. The employment type is Full-time (Contract/C2C/W2/1099). This is not an internship. The offered salary is 100,862 USD.
Responsibilities
- Lead the migration of contact center call recording and analytics from Calabrio to a new AWS architecture.
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions to transition call recordings and associated metadata.
- Develop full-stack AWS applications to support contact center recording capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements for the recording migration.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an AWS Full Stack Developer or Cloud Engineer.
- Deep technical expertise with Amazon Connect and contact center technologies.
- Strong experience in designing and executing large-scale cloud migrations.
- Proficiency in AWS core services including Lambda, S3, and DynamoDB.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote US-based environment.
