Refund and Cancellation Policy
How refunds, cancellations and disputes are handled on Onlano.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all paid features on Onlano, including featured job listings, posting credits and any other paid product offered through our Whop checkout.
1. What you are buying
When you complete a Whop checkout on Onlano, you are buying a featured job listing or posting credit pack. Each purchase includes a stated number of job postings and a featured-placement window that you can publish from your account within the validity window listed on the billing page.
Pricing, currency, the number of included posts, the featured-placement type and any taxes are displayed on the checkout page before you confirm payment.
2. Cancellations
- You can stop using Onlano at any time. There are no recurring subscriptions — every Whop charge on Onlano is a one-time purchase of a featured listing or credit pack.
- If you have already paid, the listing slot or credits remain on your account until you use them or until the validity window expires (whichever comes first).
- You can delete your account at any time from the profile page. Deleting your account ends your access to any unused listings or credits.
3. Refund eligibility
We offer refunds in the following situations:
- Unused listing within 14 days. If you bought a featured listing or credit pack within the last 14 days and have not consumed it, you may request a full refund.
- Technical failure on our side. If Whop charged you but the listing slot did not appear on your account due to a confirmed Onlano error, we will refund the charge or grant the listing, whichever you prefer.
- Duplicate charge. If Whop processed the same purchase twice for the same checkout session, we will refund the duplicate.
- Required by law. Where consumer protection law in your country requires us to offer a refund, we will follow that law.
Outside these cases, payments are generally non-refundable once a listing has been published as featured. Listings that have been published cannot be refunded even if the job is later edited, closed or expires.
4. How to request a refund
Send an email to onlano@onlano.com from the address on your Onlano account with:
- The Whop receipt ID or the date of the charge.
- The email associated with your Onlano account.
- A short description of why you are asking for a refund.
We aim to reply within five business days. If the request qualifies under this policy, we will refund the charge to the original payment method via Whop. Refunds typically settle in 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us before filing a chargeback with your card issuer. Most issues can be resolved by email within a few days. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your Onlano account being suspended while the dispute is investigated.
6. Free features
Browsing listings, saving jobs, applying to jobs, creating a candidate profile and posting standard (non-featured) jobs from a free posting credit, if available, are free. This policy only applies to paid Onlano features.
