Responsibilities
- Lead the migration of call recording and analytics from Calabrio to a modern AWS architecture.
- Design and develop cloud-native solutions to handle call recordings and associated metadata.
- Implement scalable backend services to ensure seamless data transition and storage.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements for the contact center migration.
- Optimize AWS resource utilization for recording storage and retrieval processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an AWS Full Stack Developer with a focus on Amazon Connect.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing cloud-native architectures on AWS.
- Experience with contact center recording migrations and analytics integration.
- Proficiency in developing serverless functions and managing AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment to meet project milestones.
