This is a Remote position based in the US. The employment type is Full-time (C2C/W2/1099). This role is not an Internship. The offered salary for this position is 100,862 USD.
Responsibilities
- Lead the migration of call recording and analytics from Calabrio to a modern AWS architecture
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions for managing call recordings and metadata
- Develop full-stack applications to support contact center recording capabilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements for the migration
- Ensure data integrity and security during the transition of sensitive call data
- Optimize AWS resource utilization for recording storage and retrieval
Requirements
- Proven experience as an AWS Full Stack Developer with a focus on Amazon Connect
- Strong expertise in designing and deploying cloud-native architectures on AWS
- Experience with contact center recording migrations and analytics integrations
- Proficiency in serverless technologies such as AWS Lambda and DynamoDB
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Strong understanding of API development and third-party system integrations
