This is a full-time, remote software development position based in the United States with quarterly travel requirements to Gaithersburg, Maryland. The salary is $86,929 USD annually. Candidates will work on AWS cloud infrastructure, building intelligent contact center solutions that leverage cutting-edge generative AI technologies while maintaining security and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Build and enhance AI-powered applications for AWS Contact Center platform
- Design conversation flows using Amazon Connect and Lex V2
- Orchestrate AI services including Bedrock, Contact Lens, and Amazon Q
- Develop Lambda functions in Python for backend integration
- Implement generative AI safety controls and monitoring
- Collaborate with team during quarterly visits to Gaithersburg, MD
Requirements
